Ubisoft eats Playfish
You may know the video game company Ubisoft for games such as Assassins Creed or Rainbow Six. And you may know the company Playfish which has made Facebook games such as Restaurant City and Word Challenge. But recently Ubisoft purchased Playfish…for 300 Million dollars and roughly 100 million in stock options. WTF
